I felt better today but not well enough to run. I will do a treadmill run tomorrow and a longer run Saturday.

I woke up with a throbbing headache and nauseous. I am thinking it’s maybe a migraine but I haven’t ever really had those. I’m not exercising or eating all that healthy. That makes it worse. Work is stressful. I’m ready for a change.

I finally ran this week. I haven’t felt well but I had a good run. We are in St. Louis this weekend so it will be tough to eat well. I’m going to make a real effort.

I’ve been sick all day. I came home with a sick headache. I ate very healthy today. I’m under my calories and hope to pick up my Wednesday run on Thursday.

I did a few minutes of kettlebells but still too lazy and I ate candy. I also ate some home cooked pakistani food that a co-worker made for me. Small portion but delicious! Chicken Qeema.

Ate candy again. I am getting back in control. I should have run today but very tired and lazy.

My eating hasn’t been as good as I wish I had done. Kevin cooked some rotel cheese dip, bloody mary’s and spaghetti. It’s football weekend but I did manage to get in some running, boxing and kettlebells.

I ran outside today even in the cold and icy trails. The trails were almost empty except for a few hardcore runners. I felt hardcore! It was enjoyable and I finished 4 miles.

I had a “no junk food” slip up today. I ate a cupcake (only one – a german chocolate one)and a hershey chocolate bar. 😦

I did run tonight. I need 3 more runs this week to meet my goal. It will be hard to do that. I was lazy Monday and Tuesday. ♥

I feel like a lazy ass. I ditched my run tonight. It’s going to be hard to get 4 runs in this week. Supposedly an ice storm is coming in this weekend. *fail*

I won over a demon today! I wanted to go out and eat mexican food and I talked myself into staying at home and eating healthy. I did eat popcorn later that night which was a mistake. Popcorn is not a good idea for me because of the past history of diverticulitis.
Day 12 (01/06/2017) – My Birthday!!
I had a little plurge today. Also, I grabbed some chicken strips from a local store for lunch. I know I shouldn’t do that but I was very hungry when I left work and lunchtime was past. I ended up pretty good calorie wise even considering we ate Sushi for dinner. I had a really good run on the treadmill too.

I was (again) too tired to do my 20 minute kettlebell workout. I need to look for ways to motivate me to get that done. 20 minutes is not long but kettlebells are tiresome.

I was supposed to do a 20 minute kettlebell routine tonight but I slept zero last night and not feeling well tonight. I’m still sore from my Sunday workout. A good kind of sore. I’ll get back on schedule tomorrow. My eating was very healthy today.

I didn’t get much cardio today except for a brisk walk with the dogs but I did stay busy all day cleaning house and de-junking our attic room.

I did not do as well as I wanted on the first day of the year. But I did run 🙂 I did 20 minutes of hardcore kettlebells too. I plan on doing that twice a week and running 4 days a week. Running (M-W-F-Sat) and Kettlebells and weights (Tue and Thur)
Day 6 (12/31/2016)
This was planned to be a healthy day even though it was New Year’s Eve. We decided to stay home but after a day of healthy eating and exercise, Kevin decided he wanted to make Rotel and cheese dip with a huge bag of tortilla chips. I couldn’t resist and ate some. I didn’t eat as much as I could have but still ended the day with over 2000 calories which is really bad for me. I have to get more self-control even when Kevin doesn’t seem to care. I didn’t rely on him to help me lose weight before and shouldn’t now.
